Lois Faye Tissue Obituary
We announce the death of Lois Faye Tissue of Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on October 29, 2026, at the age of 75. Lois will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Leroy Leapline and Irene Cromwell Leapline; her husband Jon Tissue; her siblings, Patricia Hawkins, David Earl, Lester, Bob, Scott and Steve Leapline; and her brother-in-law Alfred Soberdash.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Tissue, Alexander Tissue, Shannon Reinhardt, Jonathan Tissue, Jason Brannock and Christina Eaves; her grandchildren, Kevyn Tissue (Cassie), Alyssa Tissue, Matthew Tissue, Abigail Reinhardt and Liam Eaves; her sisters, Marion Soberdash, Nancy Allen (Larry) and Leslie Potter (Bill); and her sister-in-law Debbie Leapline.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church (961 Johnsville Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784).
