Baird (Celeste Kwiatkowski) of Taneytown; his in-laws, Billy and Linda Turner of Cockeysville; and his brother-in-law Billy Turner, Jr. (Emma Benson) of Phoenix, MD. He was also cherished by his boys and wife.
