He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynnette Owens; his children, Brittany Robinson (Bronson) of Las Vegas, Cori Harwell (Cameron) of Rockwell, NC, Michael P. Owens (Karly) of Las Vegas and Contessia Dawson of Littlestown; his siblings, Thomas Owens (Rhonda) of Bowie and Sheri Mowery (Jeffrey) of Cleveland, TN; and his grandchildren, Karma Robinson, Jackson and Lincoln Harwell.
