He is survived by : his wife Monica Jenkins; his daughters, Ashley Taglienti (Matthew) of Annapolis, Amanda Perez (Zachary) of Kansas City, MO and Abigail Harless (Derek) of Conway, SC; his sisters, Teresa Tischa of Westminster and Kendra Hans (Roger) of Westminster; his grandchildren, Sivan, Eli and Levi Jay Perez; and his sister-in-law Kimberly Bankert Jenkins of Taneytown.
