He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Francis and Joan T. Nelson; and his close friend Roger Airing. He is survived by: the parents of children, Tammy Marie Topper of Thurmont, Alexis Marie Nelson and Ashley Marie Hansbrough; and also, Braxton, Connor, Colt, Nate, Nevaeh, Nariyah and Nova.
