He was predeceased by : his parents, William Cook and Glennice Cook. He is survived by : his child Britny Smith; his son-in-law Paul Smith Jr. (Brandon Cook) of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Jazmin, Violet and Willow Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close family and friends.
