He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Ann Hood; his children, Walter Leroy Hood Jr. (Tonya) of LorisSC, James Michael Hood (Theresa), Eldersburg, Wayne Joseph Hood (Linda) and Brian David Hood (Sandi) of Westminster; his sister Karen Patricia Kovalic (David) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel Chelsea, Brandon, Samantha, Joshua and Marie; and his great grandchildren, Shelby, Kallie, Grayson, Kiera, Keila, Colton and Lennon.
