He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams; his children, Tonyatta Calhoun (Kayron), Tamika Williams and Benjamin Williams (Latoya); his brother Robert Williams, Jr.; his grandchildren, Seauna, Jerry Calhoun, Benjamin Williams III and Nevaeh; his great grandchildren, Suraiya and Kamari Mallory; his niece Juleen Everett; his nephew William Sydnor; his cousin Oddie Ballard; and his sisters-in-law, Essie Alton and Johnnie Mae Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fort Lincoln Funeral Home (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722).
