He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Jones, Sr. and Irene Jones (Baldwin); his siblings, Curtiss W. Jones, James T. Jones, Jr., Michael U. Jones and Agnes Louise Jones; and his daughter Stacy Jones Young.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Wall; his children, Thomas Jones, Jr., James Jones (Yolanda), Anjenette Malvina Darden, Clarence Junior Darden, Granger Dexter Darden (Jeanie) and Demetrius Antwoin Jones; and his siblings, Sarah A. Veney and Arthur Louis Jones (Mary). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the River of Life Church (4207 Norcross St, Temple Hills, MD 20748). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623).
