He is survived by: his siblings, Gertrue Handy of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Randa Kenner Tobin of Wagener, Shirley Ann Millhouse of Wagener, Rudolf Tobin of Washington, DC, Earl Tobin (Luemisher) of Wagener, Melvin Loman Tobin of Little Rock, Arkansas and Harvey Isaac (Juanita) of Marrietta, Georgia; and his children, Benjamin Jeffrey Tobin Jr. of Bryceville, Florida, Frankie Dwayne Bunn Sr. of Washington, DC, Lewis Cortez Vaughn of Temple Hills, Maryland and Anita Tobin of Washington, DC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
