It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Edward Windsor III of Temple Hills, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy L. Windsor; his parent Jacquiline M. Windsor; his children, Donna M. Windsor Nocente, Patricia Ann Windsor and Richard Edward Windsor IV; his grandchildren, Richard Edward Windsor V., Shannon Angela Nocente Schmitz and Jonathan Thomas Nocente; and his great grandchildren, Rowen Elaine, Carter Gerard and Elliott Steven Schmitz.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gasch's Funeral Home (4739 Baltimore Ave, Hyattsville, MD 20781).
