He was predeceased by: his mother Joan E. Twiford. He is survived by: his siblings, Michelle L. Greenhill (Leroy), Michael Smith (Katelynn) and William Hawkins (Leah); his siblings' children, Megan (Austin), David (Maureen), Cazmere (John), Brandon (Gabbi), Jake (Autumn), Ali, Caroline and Antonio; and his friend Wendy Evans (James). He is also survived by 7 great-nieces, Aunts, Uncle, Cousins.
