She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Stambaugh and Ethel Stambaugh; her spouse Carroll N. Fraley; and her siblings, Frances Clem, Charles Stambaugh, Doris Warthen and Lyman Stambaugh.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Fraley (Angela) and Thomas Fraley (Shelly); and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Timothy Robert, Dakotah, Jacob, Colton and Ashley.
