He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pauline (Green) and George Arthur Willard; and his brothers, Arthur and Richard Willard. He is survived by: his son Benjamin Willard of Hagerstown, MD; and his sister Edna Huff (Dennis) of Wylie, TX. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
