She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lee and Edna Marie Clem; and her sons, Donald Ely, Jr. and Patrick Croghan. She is survived by: her husband Donald M. Ely; her sister Cynthia Long; her children, Brent Croghan (Jenny), Ann Khoury (Jason), John Croghan (Kristen), David Croghan and Dennis Ely (Karrisa); and her grandchildren, Lillian, Lindsey Croghan, Ben, Emma Bowman, Quinn, Jordan Khoury, Sean, Kate Croghan, Lyla, Paisley Ely, Parker Salisbury and Jack Woods.
