He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Lamarl Jr. and Mary Louise Moore (Carbaugh); and his sister Anita L. Birks. He is survived by: his wife Angel Moore (Hewitt); his children, Patrick "Pete" Moore, IV (Katie), Micheal D. Hahn, Jessica Woodby (Patrick) and Amy McCarter (Kane); his grandchildren, Chase Woodby, Hannah Urey, Hunter Hann, Payton Hann and Gia McCarter; his sisters, Katie Lee (James) and Sadie Montague (Tommy); his close friend Patrick; Cherrie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795).
