He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Renner Putman; his children, Crystal Woods (Kelly) of Thurmont and Roy Putman Jr. of Lexington, NC; his grandchildren, Dakotah Pendergrass (Isaiah), Briahna Lell, Nathan Putman (Grace), Leah Putman, Paige-Maree Woods and Oliver Putman; his great grandchildren, Ariel, Taylen, Maci and Lucy; his siblings, Freeda Toms, Faye Guariglia, Jann Rabin and John Putman; his close friends, Jim, Pam Eaton, George, Bonnie Dixon, Denise Lell, Jamie Giannini and Veronica Davis; and his brother-in-law Roland Renner Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Monocacy Church of the Brethren (13517 Motters Station Rd, Rocky Ridge, MD 21778). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
