He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel James and Bessie Mae Kolb (Warrenfeltz); his spouses, LuWana Kolb (Welch) and Mary Ann (Warner); his son Thomas Vincent Kolb, Jr. (Chris); his grandson Max Bran Frederick; and his siblings, John, Joe, Jim, Larry, Marthan and Marie.
He is survived by: his daughter Tish L. Frederick (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Vince Kolb (Jessie) and Faith Kolb (Shaggy); his great grandchildren, Delaney, Harlynn, Tommy, Hope and Everett; and his stepchildren, Denny Warner, Vicky Warner and Robin Myers.
