She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Penwell and Blanche Penwell; her husband Robert Gelwicks; her brother Leonard Penwell; and her sons-in-law, Kenneth Slick and Paul Hahn.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Slick, Ernie Gelwicks (Peggy) and Angie Brown (Keith); her grandchildren, Stacy Muntz, Amy Karaschak, Monica Crone, Keisha Brown and Karlea Brown Orrison; her great grandchildren, Gwen Muntz, William "Lee" Muntz, Heather Muntz, Kadee Montgomery, Noah Karaschak, Jacob Crone, Ethan Crone, Haley Crone, Wyatt Orrison and Archer Orrison; and her great great grandchildren, Gabe, Lliam, Grasyn, Christian, Fred, Riley and Olive.
