He is survived by: his wife Suzanne DeVore Blair; his daughters, Megan Robertz, Maddie Blair and Meridith Blair; his stepchildren, Carson Sickeri and Makena Sickeri; his brothers, Joseph Blair (Danette) and Jon Blair (Becky); and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousin.
