He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Grassini; his sons, Aidan and Nicholas Grassini of Tilghman, MD; his stepsons, Nic Schaufus of Rhome, TX and David Schaufus of Tewksbury, MA; his sister Nancy Grassini Ritter (Matthew); and his half-siblings Michael.
