He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Terlep (Betsy) and Kevin O; his sons, Carter and Briggs; his stepmother Laurette; and his siblings, Megan, Roddy (Lisa), Danny (Hélène) and Patrick (Joey). He is also survived by four aunts, an uncle, dozens of cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, a fund for the scholarship and pressing needs of his sons has been established.
