He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry and Leah Perry; and his sister Ellen Croll. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perry; his brothers, John "Jay" Perry, III and Steven Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Jennings, Duane Jennings and Janet Lazzaro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
