She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rufus Sr., Gladys Kiser, Clyde and Evelyn McCullough; her son Samual Noah Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, James, Pamela Phillips and Ruth Gusman.
She is survived by: her husband William "Robert" Phillips; her children, Dylan Cochran and Trinity Phillips; her parents, Rufus Kiser and Barbara Kiser; her sisters, Karen Sullivan and Dawn Smith (Sean); her nephew Robert Moore; and her nieces, Alyssa Sullivan, Meredith, Chloe Huffman and Willow Smith. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Diane has asked for donations to be sent to the Webster Humane Association Inc. P.O. Box 218, Minden, LA 71058.
