She is survived by: her husband David L. Smith Jr.; her sons, David L. Smith III (Lisa), Kevin M. Smith (Nadine), Christopher L Smith and Michael S. Smith (Kathy); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Patrick, Sarah, Meaghan, Brian, Peter, Shannon and Max; and her siblings, James Martin, Jacqueline Sessa (Russell), Frances Gomsak (Pete), John Martin (Gerry), Ruth Fangman (Paul), Marjorie Poffinbarger (Bill) and Kathleen Wernecke (Bill).
