He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Sarah Cicero (Mike Ward), Julia Cicero (Chris Schanberger) and Mary Cicero (Jason Hamper); his grandchildren, Dominic DeCerbo, Drew Schanberger, Brooklyn Ward, Elle Schanberger, Abigayle Bean (Levi) and Jacklyn Ward; his parents, Joseph J. Cicero and Marie Cicero; and his brothers, Joseph S. Cicero and Robert J. Cicero, Sr..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Immaculate Heart of Mary School in his honor.
