She was predeceased by: her husband John M. La Macchia; and her brothers, Joseph Gennuso and Charles Gennuso. She is survived by: her children, Angelo J. La Macchia (Pamela) and Mary L. Jewell (Gary); her grandchildren, Mark La Macchia (Amy), Christina Sawa (Jon), John Jewell (Jennifer) and Michael Jewell (Francesca); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Jewell, Alessio Jewell, Danilo Jewell, Logan Sawa, Brooklyn Sawa and Skylar Sawa.
