He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" D. Hook; his children, Adrian Woods (Francis), Eric Hook, Poppie (Dan) of Caitlin Gritsko and Katelyn Hankoff (Sam); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Zoe and Ezra; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Margaret Ciampa (Joe), Tom Maskell (Maria), Ray Maskell (Denise) and Charlie Maskell (Elsa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members and dear friends.
