He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Richard and Evelyn Anna Stack; and his brother Joseph Richard Stack (Emily). He is survived by: his spouse Gail Stack; his sons, David Richard Stack (Treva) and Michael Mark Stack (Michelle); his grandchildren, Davis, Hannah and Sydney Stack; and his sister-in-law Carole Bell (Hap). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
