It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Annaleigh Romeo (Timonium, Maryland), who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Veronica Garrish (Wayne); and her siblings, Ilaha, Patricia, Roger and Paula.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Angela Martinez (Julian), Olivia Brannick (Brendan), Emily Abel (Bryan), Richard Romeo III, Elizabeth Romeo, Catharine Romeo and Obiora Romeo; her great grandchildren, Owen Brannick, Teagan Abel, Eva Brannick, Kaden Martinez, Emerson Abel and Blake Abel; her sister Karen; Patricia Romeo, Richard A. Romeo, Jr. (Suzanne) and Christina Romeo (Dawn Brotzman).

Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley (10 W Padonia Rd, Timonium, MD 21093). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
