He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Jane Kiely (Twentyman) and James Arthur Kiely; and his sister Judy Kiely Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kiely (Rattigan); his daughters, Amanda Kiely Bicket (Mark) and Andrea Kiely Smith (Grant); and his grandsons, James and Thomas Bicket. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
