He was predeceased by: his brother Craig Snoops (Bernadette Snoops). He is survived by: his wife Karen Snoops; his children, Carly Marie Russo, Julia Catherine Wedel (Bryan), Larry Snoops, Jr. (Sarah), Hannah Mae Snoops and Olivia Jean Snoops; his grandchildren, Lucy, Maggie, Gabriella, Jonathan, Scarlett, Wade, Paige and Liam; and his siblings, Dorothy Levi, Philip Snoops and Caroline Snoops. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Family Owned Ruck-Towson Funeral Home, inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens (200 E Padonia Rd, Timonium, MD 21093).
