She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Helmer and Oscar Helmer; her spouse Hyatt A. Duke; and her son Kenneth "Chip" Duke. She is survived by: her children, Terry, Cindy and Laurie; and her grandchildren, James, Joseph, Michael and Dani. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
