He is survived by: his granddaughter Helen Terry of Timonium; his wife Eve; his sister Barbara Partee; and his daughters, Norma Griffiths of Timonium and Martha Dunbar of Cockeysville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers charitable contributions may be made in Mr. Hall's Honor to the Orioles Advocates, an organization near and dear to his heart at P.O. Box 2295 Baltimore, MD 21203.
