He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ruth Crawford; his children, Cindy Kleeberger (Steve Kleeberger), Steve Mumma (Maggie Mumma) and Scott Mumma (Jenn Mumma); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Mumma, Kendall Mumma, Cameron Kleeberger, Kyle Kleeberger and Calvin Mumma.

In keeping with Dick's lifelong spirit of generosity, memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory to one of the organizations he faithfully supported: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), Boys Town National Research Hospital, Disabled American Veterans, or The American Legion.
