He was predeceased by: his wife Irena Klyszewski; his child Slawomir Jan Klyszewski; his grandson Thomas "Tommy" Carroll; and his siblings, Ryszard, Halina and Edmund.
He is survived by: his daughters, Agnieszka "Maggie" Klyszewski (Brian), Irene K. Wood (Scott) and Wanda Levenson (Dan); and his grandchildren, Andrew Wood, Cash Carroll, Danielle Levenson, Aiden Wood and Paul Levenson.
