He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy F. DeVoe; his son David W. DeVoe; and his sister Mary Beth DeVoe. He is survived by: his daughters, Margo A. DeVoe (Mike Gnall) and Phoebe M. DeVoe (Charles Moore, IV); and his brother Donald DeVoe.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley (10 W Padonia Rd, Timonium, MD 21093). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082). A committal service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:20 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Cemetery (13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082).
