He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vincent Montagna and Clara Ernest. He is survived by: his wife Carole Lee Montagna; and his sisters, Toni Rathgeber and Rosemary Startt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Family Owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204).
