He was predeceased by: his father Richard Millhouser. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Phipps; his sisters, Amy Dupuis and Nancy Small (Michael); and his nieces, Molly and Emma Dupuis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
