She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Kenneth W. Volk Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Beth Volk and Kenneth W. Volk, Jr. (Margot); and her grandsons, Kenneth W. Volk III (Elizabeth) and Jack R. Volk (Jaime). She is also survived by 4 great-grandsons.
