He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol A. Danforth; his children, Karen A. Cave (Darrin), Deborah M. Shelton (Ken) and Charles W. Danforth III; and his grandchildren, Michaela Jones (Angus Gibbs), Sarah Jones, Spencer Shelton (Maddy Ring) and Samantha Shelton (Cody Boteler). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
