He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Catherine Lotz; his children, Karen Lotz Orr (Robert), Timothy (Linda) and Mark Lotz (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jonathan Orr (Alida), Meredith Orr Thompson (Scott), Matthew (Sarah), Sallie (Nathaniel Cotanch), David (Katie Martineau) and Jacob Lotz; his great grandchildren, Julianna, Vivien Orr, Maverick, Marlee Thompson, Luke and Eliza Lotz; and his brother Donald Horan Lotz (Lucy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ascension Lutheran Church (7601 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
