He was predeceased by : his parents, Bessie Silberstein and Louis Silberstein; and his sister Myra Goldgeier. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Silberstein; his children, Susan Silberstein and Richard Silberstein (Carol Richards); his grandchildren, Peter Jarow (Lisa Donnelly), Elizabeth Jarow Sytnik (Nate Sytnik), Ann Silberstein Kannapel (David Kannapel) and Jack Silberstein (Leigh Winters); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Eloise "Ella" Sytnik and Charlie Jarow.
