He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Mary Phillips; his children, Timothy Phillips and Heidi Barth (Todd); his granddaughter Patricia Elizabeth Barth; his brother-in-law Edward Jingluski (Diane); and his sibling's children, Bob Phillips, Jeff Phillips, Janet Baedke and John Jingluski.
