He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Muller and Patricia Muller; and his siblings, Sandra M. Squillace and Russell G. Muller. He is survived by: his wife Courtney Shepard Muller; his children, Grace, Caroline and Clifford; his close friend Sully; and his nieces, Kristin Squillace Kelleher (Timothy Kelleher) and Susan Squillace Persampieri (Stephen Persampieri).
