He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Arthur Charles Martell and Jean Martell (Binnington). He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Martell; his son Craig Martell; his daughter-in-law Annette; his brother Paul Martell; and his granddaughter Raeanne.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (2100 Rock Spring Rd, Forest Hill, MD 21050). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
