Gerald leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Gerald’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gerald will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil White and Carolyn Utt; his brother Ronald White (Ron); and his sister-in-law Iris Ann Ledden. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Ledden White (Bernie); and his sisters-in-law, Ruth White and Jeanne Ledden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Gerald White's name (please include his name on the memo line of the check) to the Truman Semans Fund for Nursing Excellence at Mercy Medical Center mailed to: Mercy Health Foundation 301 St. Paul Place, 15th Floor Baltimore, MD 21202.
