He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Smith of Martinsburg, WV; his brother Jerry Kerner (Marie); his nieces and nephews, Charles Smith (Gudelia) of Harpers Ferry, WV and Thomas Kerner (Julia) of Wilmington; his daughter Amy Livering (Dustin Livering) of Dallastown, PA.; his grandchildren, Sarah, Emily Kerner, Dustin, Devin, Autumn Livering, Christopher and Kimberly Smith; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Lilah and Ripley Hudson.
