He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph V Donnelly, Jr. and C. Bernardine Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Donnelly (Cummons); his children, Sean J. Donnelly and Patricia Fitzgerald; and his sister Bernadine Garcia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mitchell - Wiedefeld Funeral Home, Inc. (6500 York Rd, Baltimore, MD 21212).
