He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Copes of Baltimore; his sons, Charles Colvin of Bloomington, David Colvin of Falls Church, Julien C. Corven of Bloomington and Nicholas Colvin of Hunt Valley; and his former wife Lucie Seward (Gallistel). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
